Haiku #42

One who controls mind,

Will find ever peaceful God,

And is poised in life… // 6 //

Want to end my year on a very positive note and here Lord talks about the liberated. For liberation, God specifically talks about controlling the mind. He calls him / her “Jeetaatmanah” (जितात्मनः).

Another very important thing that Gid has pointed out in this shlok / Adhyay (chapter), is that every good and bad thing will keep on existing. It cannot be removed, thrown away, but the one who controls his / her mind will change his / her outlook towards them.
