The only reason behind

Evoluting world… // 7 – 6//

Bhagwaan further describes Himself as the sole and only reason behind the making and destroying of the Universe. Here Bhagwaan emphatically says “Aham” – I am. He further clarifies that He has two characteristics “Jad” (inanimate – Prakriti, matter) and “Chetan” (animate – Purush, soul). And everything arises out of these two.

The question of how the Universe came into being. Or who made the Universe is directly addressed here. Now it is upon us if we want to believe it or not. We can research, reason, argue, debate and discuss and come to our own conclusions. Will we?

एतद्योनीनि भूतानि सर्वाणीत्युपधारय ।
अहं कृत्स्नस्य जगत: प्रभव: प्रलयस्तथा ।।

Know that all living beings are manifested by these two energies of mine. I am the source of the entire creation, and into me it again dissolves.
