One who selflessly

Applies body, mind and brain

Is known as Yogi… // 5 – 11 //

Bhagwaan talks about a Karma Yogi. He is the one who selflessly does his work for the work of God. When we say selfless, it means not for oneself but for others.

But when we say others the problems of superiority and inferiority complex arise, so why not keep God, our father, in between all that we do for others. Cause we come from the same Father, the one whom I am helping is my brother and not a downtrodden or any other term we use in our day to day life. Do we do charity such a thought in mind? Let’s assess ourselves.

The Shlok for your reference :

कायेन मनसा बुद्ध्या केवलैरिन्द्रियैरपि ।
योगिन: कर्म कुर्वन्ति सङ्गं त्यक्त्वात्मशुद्धये ।।

The yogis, while giving up attachment, perform actions with their body, senses, mind, and intellect, only for the purpose of self-purification
