Those who serve me with
Unrestrained devotion, will rise
Above the “Trigun”… // 14 – 26 //
Again how do we obtain freedom from the three Gun “qualities” found in nature, (Satva – goodness or purity, Rajas – passion and Tamas – inertia)? One needs to devote oneself with unrestrianed devotion in Him. Every time, a devotee wants to liberate himself, the only way out shown by Geeta is Devotion.
The shlok for your reference :
मां च योऽव्यभिचारेण भक्तियोगेन सेवते ।
स गुणान्समतीत्यैतान्ब्रह्मभूयाय कल्पते ।।
Those who serve me with unalloyed devotion rise above the three modes of material nature and come to the level of Brahman.

Again, if it is in Him (Krishna separate), then we lost the import of Vyasa. Think the same aglok in terms of “submitting to inner I AM”. 🙂
