The song is just not a monologue but a ddialogue between the Lord and His devotee. Devotee is the seeker and the questions above are of every seeker who is trying to seek. A simple Haiku, but has its roots in the Prashnopanishad (the Upanishads of Questions). Curiosity is a virtue.

अधिभूतं च किं प्रोक्तमधिदैवं किमुच्यते ।।
O Supreme Lord, what is Brahman (Absolute Reality), what is adhyātma (the individual soul), and what is karma? What is said to be adhibhūta, and who is said to be Adhidaiva?
