Yes, Marriage for us, Indians is more a walk on the spiritual path than a legal path for reproduction. Reproduction becomes a divine process because of marriage. We will have kids not only to move our genetical hierarchy ahead but also to carry forward our goals and work.

A process of sublimation of one’s ego. Where both decide to spend life for each other, care for each other and look after each other. At the same time take care of each other’s personal, social and spiritual progress. It’s so difficult to let another person to be a part of your own life and decision making process. Yet, it is possible out of affection, warmth and love.
