Thought #1

Moulding a child is the most difficult part of life. The more you try to mould, the more difficult it gets. I, as a parent, always have had this question that why should I try to mould my kid as I am? Why do I want him to be a mirror image of myself? Why can’t he be allowed to mould himself?

As a teacher, I know, that I show him all the paths, teach him about the ups and downs of life, and then leave it upto his discretion.

But when it comes to my own child, am a parent first and a teacher later. Why?

Can you contribute? Waiting for your reply…

  1. As a parents kids always donas we do & Not as we tell him to do so we as parents need to put it in action and then impose that on child & make it his character rest leave it up to his Karma ,,,,

  2. “Atma Vai Putra Naamaasi” – says the Veda. The first blessing a father gives his child is that. Do you know what it mean? “I am being born as my own child”. It is natural for you to feel so. But unless you know who “I AM” is, you can’t know who your child is! So, though it is innate in us to mould a child as us (by very axiom) one needs to be cautious!
